Sequoia is a unique location suitable for a range of corporate events including team building days, conferencing, dining experiences, product launches, Christmas parties and cocktail style events.

There are several breath taking view points of Mount Solitary and the Valley beyond that depart from Sequoia. In addition, it’s only a short 15 minute walk to the Leura Cascades, Leura Falls and the famous Grand Cliff View walking track.

The Restaurant

The Restaurant is a charming heritage cottage, that is suited to more intimate occasions up to a maximum of 40 guests seated or 80 people for a cocktail style event.

Originally The Leura Falls Kiosk, the cottage was built in 1913 and has historical significance as one of the earliest scenic sites in the Katoomba-Leura area. The building is a local landmark, capitalising on the dramatic views from the escarpment at Cliff Drive.

The restaurant space is bright and warm, featuring an open fireplace and oversize windows that look out to the garden and views beyond. The building features a main room dining room space that is surrounded by an enclosed veranda.

The Location

There’s short walking trails to explore the Leura Cascades, Leura Falls and Bridal Veil Falls, which all depart from Sequoia, and feature several incredible views of Mount Solitary along the way.

The 2 Day hike along the Grand Cliff View walking track from Wentworth Falls to Echo Point (or vice versa) conveniently stops at Sequoia at the completion of day one.
